Our client, as one of the world’s leading in Animal Health sector worldwide, is currently seeking a Technical & Marketing Manager to join their team. Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Country Manager, the successful candidate must have an accurate knowledge of poultry business with the requirements below:

Technical and Marketing Manager Responsibility:

1. Prepare the marketing activities and Commercial actions for company’s products
2. Prepare an annual Distributor Plan, promotional materials, and marketing activites
3. Follow up the registration of new products and renewal status of existing products with internal team and the authority.
4. Provide professional technical and marketing support for sales force
5. Organize and conduct product and technical training to the sales forces
6. Maintain direct commercial relationships with Key Accounts,
7. Implement Account Development Strategy (ADS) with clear account knowledge, their respective needs and introduce the potential candidates.
8. Clear and prompt communication internally and externally
9. Provide accurate and precise monthly reports on the time to Country Manager and Area Manager
10. Convey clear and unified products and marketing messages to the end users and market

Requirements:

1. Male/Female
2. Bachelor Degree in Veterinarian
3. Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
4. Able to communicate actively in English language
5. Good communication skills, easy to adapt with new environment and resist to the very high pressure and challenge.
